π Short History:
Big Choice Brewing Co. was established in 2012 by Nathaniel and Andrea Miller in Broomfield, Colorado. The name "Big Choice" was inspired by a 90s punk band, Face to Face, which had an album titled "Big Choice". The Millers were fans of the band and felt the name represented the variety of beer styles they planned to offer.
The brewery started in a 3,800 square foot space with a 15-barrel brewing system. Their initial offerings included Disconnected Red, Poblano Stout, and Type III IPA. Big Choice quickly gained a reputation for its unique and flavorful beers, and in 2013, they expanded their production capacity to meet the growing demand.
In 2017, Big Choice Brewing moved to a new location in Brighton, Colorado. The new space was a converted Buddhist temple, providing a unique atmosphere for the brewery. The move allowed them to expand their taproom and offer a wider variety of beers.
As of now, Big Choice Brewing continues to operate in Brighton, offering a diverse selection of craft beers and hosting various community events. They are known for their commitment to quality and their innovative approach to brewing.
