Big Thorn Farm and Brewery is a small-scale brewery located in Georgetown, Illinois, USA. It was founded by Anna Schweig and Aaron Young, who are also the owners. The couple started brewing beer in their Chicago apartment before deciding to move to a farm in downstate Illinois. They purchased the farm in 2012 and began the process of building their brewery.

The brewery officially opened in 2015. It is unique in that it is a grid-independent, wood-powered brewery. The farm and brewery are completely solar-powered, and all the beers are brewed with wood that is harvested from the farm.
