What to Expect

The Revolution Brewing tour begins with a history of the brand’s founding in 2010 and its rapid rise to become Chicago’s top independent craft brewery. You’ll walk through the 60-barrel brewhouse, fermentation cellar, and the famous “Kilt Lifter” barrel room.

The tasting includes four pours: Anti-Hero IPA, Eugene Porter, Rosa Hibiscus Ale, and a seasonal or barrel-aged specialty. After the tour, you’re free to explore the massive beer hall with 30+ taps and a full kitchen.

Pro Tip from Michael Thompson

"Book your tour at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially on weekends. After the tour, stay for dinner—the beer-braised short ribs pair perfectly with Anti-Hero. Don’t miss their limited ‘Cellar Series’ releases if you’re a stout lover!"
