DogBerry Brewing LLC is a craft brewery located in West Chester, Ohio, United States. It was founded by Tony Meyer and Chris Frede, two homebrewing enthusiasts who decided to turn their passion into a business.
DogBerry Brewing officially opened its doors on January 31, 2015. The name "DogBerry" comes from a combination of the founders' street names, which were Dogwood and Mulberry.
The brewery initially started in a small 1,000 square foot space with a one-barrel brewing system. However, due to its growing popularity, DogBerry Brewing moved to a larger 4,000 square foot location in 2017. This new space allowed them to expand their brewing capacity and offer a larger taproom for their customers.
DogBerry Brewing is known for its wide variety of craft beers, which often includes a rotation of seasonal and specialty brews. They pride themselves on their community-focused approach, often hosting events and fundraisers at their brewery.
