Earnest Brew Works is a brewer-owned and operated brewery located in Toledo, Ohio. It was founded by Scot Yarnell and Keefe Snyder. The brewery officially opened its doors to the public on September 17, 2016.

Scot Yarnell, an engineer by profession, and Keefe Snyder, a science teacher, both had a passion for home brewing. They decided to turn their hobby into a business, and thus Earnest Brew Works was born. The name "Earnest" was chosen to reflect their sincere and serious passion for brewing.

The brewery operates a 10-barrel brewhouse and focuses on producing a wide variety of craft beers. They offer a rotating selection of beers in their taproom, which includes IPAs, stouts, and lagers among others.
