Fireman's Brew is a brewery based in Canoga Park, California, United States. The company was founded in 2000 by two Los Angeles-based firefighters, Rob Nowaczyk and Ed Walker. The idea for the brewery was born out of a conversation the two had while extinguishing a brushfire in the local mountains. They envisioned creating a line of beer that would quench their thirsts after an exhausting day on the fire line.

The company initially started with a single beer, Fireman's Brew Brunette, a German-style Doublebock. The beer was well-received, leading to the expansion of their product line. They added two more beers: Fireman's Brew Blonde, a Pilsner-style Lager, and Fireman's Brew Redhead, an Amber Ale.

Fireman's Brew is unique in its commitment to the firefighting community. A portion of the company's profits are donated to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The company's beers are now distributed in several states across the U.S.
