Geaghan's Pub & Craft Brewery is a family-owned and operated business located in Bangor, Maine. The Geaghan family has been in the restaurant business since 1975 when they opened Geaghan's Pub. The pub quickly became a beloved local institution, known for its friendly atmosphere and quality food.

In 2011, the Geaghan family decided to expand their business by entering the craft beer industry. They partnered with a local brewer, Andrew Geaghan, to establish Geaghan Brothers Brewing Company. The brewery started with a 5-barrel system, producing about 155 gallons of beer per batch. Their first brew was Smiling Irish Bastard, an American Pale Ale.

In 2013, due to increasing demand, they expanded their brewing capacity with a 20-barrel system. This allowed them to produce approximately 620 gallons per batch. The same year, they also began distributing their beers to local bars and restaurants.

In 2016, Geaghan's Pub & Craft Brewery opened a second location in Brewer, Maine, called Geaghan's Tasting Room. This location serves as both a tasting room for their craft beers and a distribution center.

Throughout its history, Geaghan's Pub & Craft Brewery has been recognized for its quality beers. They have received several awards at beer competitions, including the Maine Brewers' Guild's Winter Session and the New England Craft Brew Summit.
