π Short History:
Landon Winery is a Texas-based winery, not a brewery. It was established by Bob Landon in 2005. Bob Landon has been making wine since 1989 and has won over 400 medals for his wines, including a Double Gold at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
The first Landon Winery location was opened in Greenville, Texas, in a renovated 100-year-old building in the downtown area. The winery quickly became a popular destination and started winning awards for its wines.
In 2008, Landon Winery opened a second location in McKinney, Texas, in the historic downtown square. This location includes a tasting room, a wine bar, and a production facility where visitors can see the winemaking process.
In 2014, Landon Winery expanded again, opening a 4,500 square foot winery and tasting room in Wylie, Texas. This location also includes a 27,000 square foot production facility, which is where most of Landon Winery's wine is now made.
Landon Winery is known for its wide range of wines, including both reds and whites, and has a reputation for producing high-quality Texas wines. The winery sources grapes from vineyards in Texas and California.
Please note that while Landon Winery is involved in the production of alcoholic beverages, it is a winery and not a brewery. Breweries produce beer, while wineries produce wine.
