Mackinaw Trail Winery and Brewery, also known as Mackinaw Trail Brewing Company, is a family-owned and operated business located in Petoskey, Michigan, USA. The winery was established in 2004 by Ralph and Laurie Stabile, with the brewery being added later in 2012.

The Stabiles had a vision to create a winery that would be recognized for producing world-class wines in Michigan. They started with a 15-acre vineyard in Manistique, in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The winery quickly gained recognition for its quality wines, and in 2011, it was named "Michigan's Most Promising New Winery" by the Michigan Grape and Wine Industry Council.

In 2012, the Stabiles expanded their business by adding a brewery, thus becoming the Mackinaw Trail Winery and Brewery. The brewery is known for its wide variety of craft beers, including ales, stouts, and IPAs.

The company has continued to grow and expand over the years. In 2014, they opened a new 12,000 square foot facility in Petoskey, which houses a tasting room, a production facility for both wine and beer, and a banquet room. The company also operates tasting rooms in other locations across Michigan.
