π Short History:
O'Fallon Brewery is a craft brewery located in Maryland Heights, Missouri, United States. The brewery was founded in January 2000 by Fran and Tony Caradonna, in O'Fallon, Missouri. The Caradonnas purchased a shop that was previously a homebrew supply store, and transformed it into a microbrewery, which they named O'Fallon Brewery after the town where it was located.
In the early years, O'Fallon Brewery produced only one type of beer, an American Pale Ale called "O'Fallon Gold". However, the brewery quickly expanded its offerings, and by 2003, it was producing a variety of beers, including a wheat beer and a smoked porter.
In 2011, the Caradonnas sold the brewery to Jim and Debbie Gorczyca, but remained involved in the business. Under the Gorczycas, the brewery expanded its distribution and began selling its beer in a number of states outside of Missouri.
In 2015, O'Fallon Brewery opened a new, larger brewing facility in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The new facility allowed the brewery to significantly increase its production capacity, and also included a tasting room and a restaurant.
Today, O'Fallon Brewery continues to produce a wide range of beers, including seasonal and limited-edition brews. Some of its most popular beers include "5-Day IPA", "Wheach", and "Pumpkin Beer".
