Olde Main Brewing Co. & Restaurant is a brewpub located in Ames, Iowa, United States. It was founded by Scott Griffen and Matthew J. Rodgers in 2004. The brewery is situated in a historic building that was originally constructed in 1916. The building has served various purposes over the years, including a car dealership and a furniture store, before being transformed into a brewery.

The brewery officially opened its doors to the public in May 2004. Since then, it has been producing a variety of craft beers, including its popular Clone Ale, Dinkey Wheat, and Off KILTer. The brewery also serves a menu of food items to complement their beer offerings.

Olde Main Brewing Co. & Restaurant has been recognized for its quality beers. It has won awards at state, regional, and national beer competitions. For example, its Clone Ale won a gold medal at the 2008 World Beer Cup.

In addition to its brewing operations, Olde Main Brewing Co. & Restaurant is also known for its commitment to the local community. It has been involved in various charitable activities and events in Ames and the surrounding area.
