Quarter Celtic Brewpub is a craft brewery located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was founded in 2016 by four partners: Brady McKeown, Ror McKeown, David Facey, and Lee Wilson.
Brady McKeown, the head brewer, has a rich history in the brewing industry. He was previously the head brewer at Cazuela's Mexican Grill and Brewery in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, where he won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2013.
The name "Quarter Celtic" reflects the founders' Irish heritage, and the brewpub pays homage to this with its Celtic-themed decor and menu items. The brewery offers a variety of beers, including IPAs, stouts, and lagers, as well as a selection of traditional pub food.
Since its establishment, Quarter Celtic Brewpub has become a popular spot in the local craft beer scene. It has also participated in various beer festivals and competitions, further establishing its reputation in the brewing industry.
As of the time of writing, Quarter Celtic Brewpub operates two locations in Albuquerque, the original on San Mateo Blvd NE and a taproom in the Sawmill District.
