The idea for Torg Brewery was conceived in 2015 when the couple decided to turn their passion for home brewing into a business. They spent the next two years planning, researching, and developing their business model. In 2017, they officially launched Torg Brewery.
Torg Brewery is known for its focus on community and inclusivity. The Swansons have made it a point to create a welcoming environment for all, including those who are gluten-intolerant. They are one of the few breweries in the area to offer gluten-reduced and gluten-free beers.
